Just wrote a complaint email to Amazon.ca regarding my experience with the latest order picked up today.
Long story short, I had to pay $35 for taxi in order to pick up a $39.99+tax item. It would have cost me much less to order the same item and have it shipped from the US!!
If I can't choose NOT to have an item ship via UPS, or be guaranteed that it won't be UPS, I don't want to order from Amazon.ca anymore. I'm already getting most of my anime from RightStuf and some anime/games from Amazon.com now. Maybe I'll just switch to cross-border online purchase entirely.
Don't make me break up with you, Amazon.ca... -__-
